She was predeceased by : her parents, Herbert Abshire and Eva Jewel Vatter Abshire; her parents-in-law, Alvin "Beb" Hanks and Allie Menard Hanks; her aunt Ruby Lee Greenwood; and her sister-in-law Suzette Abshire.
She is survived by : her children, Leticia (Tommy Carlson), Tracy (Byron Guidry) and Brad (Deborah Faulk Hanks); her husband Alvin "Dale" Hanks; her stepdaughter Priscilla "Titta" (Lawrence "Tony" Breaux); her siblings, Anita (Kenneth Luquette) and Wayne Abshire; her sister-in-law Margaret (Lee Ray Richard); her uncle Robert "Bobby" Vatter; her grandchildren, Heath Carlson, Tyler (Christian Carlson), Amber (Roger Touchet Jr.) and Tyron Guidry; her stepgrandchildren, Shanlyn (David "Dick" Dequeant Jr.), Sharisa (Cody Kibodeaux), Hubert Guidry and Nicholas (Kacy Guidry); her great grandchildren, Rianna Carlson, Porter Carlson, Reese Carlson, Luke Carlson, Eva Jewel Touchet, Lydia Carlson and Roger "Tripp" Touchet III; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Lana Breaux, Lily Dequeant, Beau Dequeant, Ava Kibodeux, Chase Kibodeaux, Connor Guidry, Alaynie Guidry, Peyton Guidry, Azalei Guidry, Lydia Guidry and Lily Guidry.
