She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Douglas and Sarah Bias (Mary Lee Tyler); and her siblings, Douglas Bias, Arthur Bias, Carter Bias, Frank Bias, Charles Tyler, Shirley Caldwell and Winnie Lee Bias.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Watkins; her children, Danny Caldwell (Bianca) and April Caldwell Daigle (Francisco, Sr.); her siblings, Junius Bias, Leonard Tyler (Paula), Michael Tyler (Tranise), Leona Bias, Lori Tyler, Ernestine Williams, Dora Johnson (Herbert), Veronica Monroe and Juanita Lee; and her grandchildren, Alexis Caldwell, Diamond Landry and Lamartina Landry, Jr.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
