He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Louis Lowrey, Sr. and Merrill Laney Lowrey; his son-in-law Jay Ingram; and his grandson Grant James Ingram. He is survived by: his wife Mary Frances; his brother Joseph Laney Lowrey of Pompano Beach; and his children, Jackie Hill (Trey Hill) of Baton Rouge, Francie Ingram of Ajax and Denny Lowrey (Teresa Lowrey) of Forney. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
