He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Ellis and Mattie Elizabeth Kleinpeter Williams; and his wife Aimee Degeyter Williams. He is survived by: his children, Laurette Pitman (Lewis Pitman) of New Iberia, Charles Williams, Jr. (Patrice) of New Iberia and Steven Williams (Fawn) of New Iberia; and his grandchildren, Kay Pitman Clark (Brad), Michael Williams (Cameron), Lori Buteau (Seth), Spencer Williams, Kristen Lasseigne (Dylan) and Stevie Williams. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Episcopal Church (303 W Main St, New Iberia, LA 70560). A memorial service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
