With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacob Raphael Lahasky (New Iberia, Louisiana), born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on March 20, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Lahasky and Freida Stern Lahasky; and his brother Bernard Lahasky. He is survived by: his wife Florette Malkin Lahasky of New Iberia; and his sons, Stephen Gerald Lahasky (Leah Goldblatt) of New Iberia, Robert Edward Lahasky (Matilda Tebele) of New Iberia, William Malkin Lahasky (Karen Lanie) of New Iberia, Mark Allen Lahasky (Sally Stephenson) of Kansas City, KS and Andrew Brian Lahasky (Lena Broussard) of Houston, TX. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
