He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank C. Churchill and Martha Churchill (Smith); and his siblings, Everett Churchill, Charles and Margaret Hayes.
He is survived by: his siblings, Earl Churchill of Elk Grove, California and Brenda Dixon of New Orleans, Louisiana. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and other relatives and friends.
