Klumpp III; her children, Justin Klumpp (Keri Cumbaa) and Jessica Lazzara (Matthew Lazzara); her grandchildren, Kristiana Miller, Scarlet Rose Lazzara, Sunnie Rae Lazzara and Ellie James Klumpp; her brother Wayne P. Tate (Cathy) of Mission Viejo, California.; and her sibling's children, Dr. Katrina Tate, Karisa Tate, Patrick Tate and Ryan Tate. She is also survived by her family, friends.
