She was predeceased by : her father Webb Simmons, Sr.. She is survived by : her mother Lorenza Simmons; her children, Thomas Simmons and Maria Mack (Stephan, Sr.); her grandchildren, Stephan Jr. and Skylar Denise Mack; and her siblings, Webb Simmons, Jr., Jerry Simmons and Gaynell Leal. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
