It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delores Robertson Hill of New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on January 4, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas Hill, Sr.; her child Thomas Hill, Jr.; her grandchild Yashica Dexter; her great grandchild Dwayne Williams; her parents, Samuel Robertson and Laura Perkins Robertson; her grandparent Butler Robertson; her brother Sam Robertson; and her sister-in-law Alma Hosley.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Hill Edward (Anthony), Diane Hill, Lester Hill, Naomi Hill James and Tyrone Hill; her grandson Anthony Perry; her siblings, Albert Robertson, Jean Young (John), Lawrence Robertson, Sr., Irving Hosley, Myrtle Wilson, Dorothy Sylve, Janie Hosley, Bernice Meadows and Shirley Jennings; and her siblings-in-law, Shaleta Robertson, Gloria Robertson, Reginald Wilson, John Sylve, Raymond Meadows and Albert Jennings. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren, 10 great great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
