He was predeceased by: his former wife Sylvia Wahlen Ziegler; and his parents, Edward Leroy Ziegler and Valerie Cherry Ziegler. He is survived by: his children, Donna Ziegler Schexnayder (Bryan), Edward Louis Ziegler, Charles John Ziegler (Risa), Richard Frederic Ziegler (Monique) and Terence Scott Ziegler (Michelle); and his grandchildren, Charles Alexander Ziegler, Frederick Austin Ziegler, Matthew Aaron Ziegler (Lanie), Tristan Edward Ziegler, Tessa Grace Ziegler, Ryan Michael Ziegler, Stefan Eric Schexnayder and Sophie Grace Schexnayder.
