He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jr. Frazier and Hedy Frazier; his grandparents, William Frazier Sr. and Catherine Smith; and his sister Shannon Frazier.

He is survived by: his grandmother Bessie Jackson of San Francisco, CA; and his siblings, Robert Smith, Mary Lee Trufant (Leon), Frankie Henry, Anthony Smith, Catherine Wilson (Junious), Waldell Frazier and Ronnie Frazier (Catherine). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
