He was predeceased by: his parent Noesca Dejan; his wife Audrey Gaspard Dejan; his children, Rhonda D Pinera and Joseph Dejan; his parent Sidney Dejan Sr.; and his siblings, Lorraine, Earline, Mildred, Emma, Helen, Dorothy, Doris and Sidney Jr..
He is survived by: his brother Edmond; his children, Earl Jr. (Stacy) and Arlene D. Lewis (Dewitt); his son-in-law Noel Pinera; his brothers-in-law, Henry Gaspard Sr. and Ronald Gaspard Sr.; and his grandchildren, Dewitt J Lewis III, Nicole Lewis, Drew Lewis, Wesley Pinera, Kelsey Pinera, Gabriel Dejan and Adley Dejan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
