He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick K. Forstall and Lillian O. Forstall; his brother Warren Forstall; his wife Elizabeth Cole Forstall; his siblings, Frederick J., Lawrence, Allen Forstall, Marjorie F. Eberle and Lillian F. St (Cookie); his son-in-law Guy Charleville; and his grandson Timothy Mulvany.
He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth F. Mulvany (Greg), Earl Louis Forstall, Jr., Janice F. Charleville, Carol F. Perkins (Mitch), Peter P. Forstall (Cathy), Mark C. Forstall (Barb) and Kathryn F. Thoulion; his grandchildren, Steven, Connor Mulvany, Jonathan, Andrew, Evan, Lizzie Perkins, Miles, Mia Forstall, John, Lilly Forstall and Cecilia T. Fruge; and his great grandchildren, Quinn, Amelia, Barrett Perkins, Evelyn Fruge, Connor (CJ) and Jack Mulvany.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the Manresa House of Retreats (Convent, LA).
