She was predeceased by: her son Warren Butler; her parents, John Simmons and Flossie Simmons; and her siblings, John Jr., Warren, Charles L., James, Allen, Billy Simmons, Shirley May Dorsey, Barbara Minor, Mary Jane Harrell and Doris Green.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Williams III, Flossie Williams and Tyrone Butler Sr. (Tasha); her stepsons, David and Larry Butler; her brother Rev. George T. Simmons; and her grandchildren, Jason Jesse, Anthony Staves, Michael, Mynisha Hardin, Leonta Barrow, Tyrone Jr., Tyrese, Ty'René Butler, Wardisha, Warrenisha, Warren and Devonte Barnes. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren; and a host of cousins and friends.
