She was predeceased by: her parents, Lena Modica and Salvador Modica; her husband Alvin M. Rouse "Bubby"; and her brother Salvador Modica Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Lynn R. Cadwallader (Creighton) of Houston, TX and Steven A. Rouse (Pam) of Mandeville, LA; her grandchildren, Lauren R. Jones (Craig) and Bradley S. Rouse (Heather); her great grandchildren, Christian W., Cameron W. Jones and Miles B. Rouse; and her sister Margie Modica Sobert (Paul) of Richmond, VA.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given for Masses, Notre Dame Hospice of New Orleans and St. Francis Animal Sanctuary of Mandeville, LA.
