She is survived by: her children, Jimmie Scott Jr., Diane Scott, Joseph Scott, Thelma Scott, Kenyarellia Scott-Hayes, Ramal Ozoo Scott and Zacadia Scott; and her siblings, Carol Mitchell, Jack Shelby Sr., Martin Shelby, Sheila Shelby and Larry Shelby.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the Zion Travelers First Baptist Church (406 Adams St, New Orleans, LA 70118). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location.
