He is survived by: his spouse Gelone Conrad; his children, Dwan Hulbert, Jessica Jordan, Bryan Conrad and Brookcalleda Johnson; his stepdaughter A'Shante Williams; his grandchildren, Landrea Haynes, J'Len Jordan, Allex Jordan and Kamryn Conrad; his great grandchild Jarde Jeanpierre; and his sisters, Phyllis Conrad Duplessis (Dedrick Lee) and Pamela Conrad. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
