He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Witter and Gloria Witter; and his siblings, Jay Witter and Karen Witter. He is survived by: his sister Janis Witter Rice (Joe Rice); his wife Wendy Leigh; and his daughter Lee.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Marion Cemetery Cemetery (3915 N Main St, Marion, NY 14505).
