She was predeceased by: her husband Bryant Bell; her former husband Clarence Willis, Sr.; her parents, Raymond Herbert, Sr. and Louise M. Herbert; her son Clarence Willis, Jr.; her brother Raymond Herbert, Jr.; and her son-in-law Lawrence Stansberry III.

She is survived by: her children, Kendall Willis and Kylineetra Stansberry; her siblings, Aurelia Narcisse and Poland Perkins (June); and her brother-in-law John Narcisse. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
