He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Reeson Heine; his parents, James Arthur Heine and Lois Pauline Heine; and his brothers, Arthur Heine, John Heine and Alois Heine.
He is survived by: his children, Mark James Heine Jr., Alice Elizabeth Heine, Michael James Heine and Matthew James Heine; his grandchildren, Derrick Englade Jr., Elizabeth S. Wetherbee, Emma May A. Wetherbee and Abel Michael Heine; and his siblings, Jackie Sedberry and Theodore Heine (Gail). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and all his adopted grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers donations would be preferred and sent to Camp ASCCA in Alabama for his disabled son Mark Jr.
