He was predeceased by: his parents, Jocelyn Claverie Kuebel and Omer F. Kuebel; his grandparents, Albert, Berthé Claverie, Joseph and Anne Kuebel; his sisters, Jocelyn K. Hallaron and Karyl K. Babst; and his granddaughter Genevieve Morris.
He is survived by: his wife Joal Betz Kuebel; his children, Omer "Rick" F. Kuebel III (Lisa), Katherine McBride (David), Charlotte Kramer (Stephen), Carey Kernion (Richie), Kristen Beevers (Christopher), Caroline Fee (Dart III), Charles Kuebel, Marie Morris (Craig) and Joanna Kuebel; his grandchildren, Andrew, John "Jake" Kuebel, Kelly, Brandon, Pierce McBride, Caroline, Mary Clare, Sarah Kate, Maggie Kramer, Richard "Trey" Kernion III, Darlington "Dart" IV, Adeline Fee, William and John Thomas Morris; his sister Elissa K. Dozier (Ross); his siblings-in-law, Allen "Woody" Betz and Barbara "Bebe" Babst (Walter); and his caregivers, Christell, Rosalind, Deborah, Debbie and Red. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
