He was predeceased by: his parents, Fountain Faulkner and Sarah Faulkner. He is survived by: his former wife Gertrude Blanton; his wife Anice Kelly Faulkner; his children, Terry Faulkner, Angel and Sarah Ann Faulkner; his siblings, Louis Broadway, Jimmie, Fountain Jr., Jeff, Douglas, Felix Faulkner, Patsy Theard, Alice, Moncee and Caroline; his children-in-law, Gail Belton and Robert Brown; his grandchildren, Shonda and Jerry Jr.; and his children, Danice Faulkner-Edwards, Willie Mae Wilson Brown and Jerry Belton (Gloria). He is also survived by grandchildren; Twenty-three (23) great-grandchildren, and Six (6) Great-great grandchildren.
