She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Frazier and Sondra Frazier. She is survived by: her husband Richard Smith; her daughter Sondra Frazier; her stepsons, Richard Smith Jr., Timothy Smith and Thaddeus Brown; her granddaughters, Jasmine Leon and Cree Guilbeau; and her sisters, Linda Frazier Johnson and Cynthia Sumpter (Rob). She is also survived by her nieces, nephew, great-niece, and great-nephew.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the New Hope Baptist Church (1807 Rev. John Raphael Jr. Wy, New Orleans, LA 70113). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
