He was predeceased by : his parents, Arvin Fuller and Myrtle Farmer Fuller; and his sister Geraldine Byrd. He is survived by : his wife Brenda Ramsey Fuller; and his children, Taryn Russell (Daniel) of Baton Rouge, Lisa Theriot (Charlie) of McComb, James C. Fuller, Jr. (Lisa) of Terry, Ricky Fuller (Sandy) of Denham Springs and Wade Fuller of Newellton, Louisiana. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.
