He was predeceased by : his parents, Ben Sepulvado and Gracie Mae Sepulvado; his son David Leslie Sepulvado; his grandsons, Phillip James Sepulvado and Aidon Dustin Sepulvado; his brother Joseph Bernis Sepulvado; his brother-in-law Joseph R. Paddie; and his nephew Joseph Donald Paddie.

He is survived by : his children, Julius Griffin Sepulvado, Daneille of Many, LA, Angela Martinez (Randy) of Zwolle, LA, Richard Sepulvado (Mary) of Zwolle, LA and Norman Sepulvado, Sr. (Rosa) of Noble, LA; his daughter-in-law Ann Sepulvado of Zwolle, LA; his sister Mildred Paddie of Noble, LA; his sister-in-law Barbara Sepulvado of Noble, LA; and his brother Benny Ray Sepulvado (Francis) of Zwolle, LA. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
