He was predeceased by: his parents, Benny Ray and Mildred Castilaw; his grandparents, Robert "Bob", Docia Motley Castilaw and Luler Beatrice Beel Fowler; and his sister-in-law Virginia Holmes Castilaw.
He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn Patrick Castilaw; his daughters, Tammye Castilaw Orr (Randy) of Oak Grove, Cheryl Castilaw Henson (Randy) of Haughton, LA, Karen Castilaw Colquette (Justin) of Wortham, TX and April Watkins Howell; and his siblings, Billy S., Bonnie Castilaw Patrick (Tommy) and Bruce W. Castilaw. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
