With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Linda Fay (Irby) Collum of Oak Grove, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 15, 2025 at the age of 83. She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Dell Collum, Sr.; her parents, William Drannon Irby and Katie Lou Irby (Bowman); her daughters, Theresa Abernathy and Veronica McKoin; her son-in-law Randy Abernathy; her grandson William Dell Helmer; and her siblings, Willie Jean Smith, Maxine Smith, Becky Miles, Noel Irby, Ronnie Irby, Kenny Irby and Danny Irby.
She is survived by: her son Ralph Collum, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Jolene Collum of Oak Grove, Louisiana; her children, Noel Collum of Oak Grove and Charity; her son-in-law Chris Helmer of Oak Grove; and her siblings, Terry Irby of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Cherry Bertholot of Oak Grove, Donna Whitney of Baton Rouge, Brenda Haverkamp of Little Rock, Arkansas, Reba Causey of DeRidder, Louisiana and Darlene Smith of Haugton, Louisiana.. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
