He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Martin Shivers of Oak Grove, Louisiana; his daughter Tammy; his son-in-law Jess Smith of Oak Grove, Louisiana; his children, Linda Gunter of Oak Grove, Louisiana and Royce Shivers of West Monroe, Louisiana; and his grandchildren, Ryan Elliott of Crenshaw, Mississippi, Guy (Taylor Smith), Jessie (Shannon Smith), Brad (Kim Ratcliff), Heather Hamilton of Monroe, Louisiana and Slade Ratcliff of Oak Grove. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
