He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Kitty and Jeff Nolan; and his parents, Elliot Dienes and Joyce Dienes. He is survived by: his wife Sally Barham; his son David Allen (Lacy); his grandsons, Jack and Patrick; and his siblings, Betty Mahoney (Vick) and Ted Grace (Sue).
