He is survived by : his children, Lee Charles Dickey of Oil City, Joseph Houston Dickey of Oil City and Tony R. "T. J." Dickey Jr. (Christan) of Vivian; his sisters, Charlotte Lynn Clifton of Oil City and Leslie Laverne Allen of Shreveport; and his grandchild LillyAnn Elizabeth Dickey.
