She was predeceased by: her husband Wilbert Dupont; her parents, Earl J. Darby and Nelma Joubert; her son Shawn Boudreaux; her siblings, Earl Darby, Jr. and Betty Joe Darby Ellis; her grandparents, Felix, Selma Darby, Leon and Mayraunt Joubert; her mother-in-law Mary Dupont; and her son-in-law Jamie Splane.
She is survived by: her daughter Michelle Miller (Carl); her sisters, Jeanette Johnson and Judy Darby; her siblings' children, Christy Boudreaux, Dustin Ellis, Dylan Ellis, Richie Lacombe (Jessie) and David Lacombe; her uncle Felix Darby (Marion); and her pets, Scar, Ava and Roux.
