She was predeceased by: her mother Paulette Marie Sam Hayes; and her grandparents, Allen, Leola Hayes, Harry and Cora Sam.
She is survived by: her father Michael Hayes, Sr. of Opelousas, LA; her siblings, Clorissa Adams of Opelousas, LA and Michael Hayes, Jr. (Ashley) of Opelousas, LA; her siblings' children, Brandon Adams, Zachary Guillory, Markell Thomas, Michael Hayes, III, Kristen Adams, Danielle Adams, Michaya Hayes and McKenzie Hayes; and her great-nephew Sebastian Adams. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Williams Funeral Home - Opelousas (817 E South St, Opelousas, LA 70571). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
