He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Trouille and Bonnie Trouille (Soileau); his grandparents, Ferdie Sr., Wilda Trouille, Earlis and Effie Soileau; and his goddaughter Brandi Darbonne.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Deville Trouille; his stepdaughter-in-law Yvette; his sisters, Jennifer Breaux (Aubrey) of New Iberia, Kathy Darbonne (Richard) of Carencro, Julie Thibodeaux (A. J.) of Pecaniere and Lisa Manuel (Mitch) of Mamou; his family Paul; and also, Alexis, Zachary, Olivia and Vivian.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Skip Montet Chapel at LaFond-Ardoin Funeral Home of Opelousas (2845 S Union St, Opelousas, LA 70570). A rosary will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:15 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Landry Catholic Church (1020 N Main St, Opelousas, LA 70570). A committal service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM at the Cedar Hill Cemetery (702 Cedar Hill Dr, Washington, LA 70589).
