She was predeceased by : her parents, Alfred McCullough and Millie McCullough; her husband Earl Leo Perkins, Sr.; and her brothers, Clifford McCullough and Billy Wayne McCullough.
She is survived by : her children, Earl Perkins, Jr. (Alice) of Birmingham, Brent Perkins (Laura) of Pitkin, Anthony "Tony" Perkins (Laurie) of Memphis, Tennessee and Rhonda Nolen (Ford) of Pitkin; her siblings, Floyd Alfred McCullough of Pitkin, Larry McCullough (Mary) of Pitkin, Riley McCullough (Sharon) of Pitkin and Yvonne West (Prentis) of Pitkin; her grandchildren, Andrew Nolen, Sarah LeBlanc (Blake), Ethan Perkins, TSgt Jody Perkins (Courtney), Miranda Perkins and Alex Perkins; her great grandchildren, Aaron Nolen (Jodi), Cade Nolen, Dawson Nolen and Lucas Earl Nolen; and her great great grandchild Annaleigh Nolen. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
