It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emil Griffin of Pitkin, Louisiana, born in San Antonio, Texas, who passed away on October 8, 2021, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his mother Elizabeth Jeane Taylor Griffin. He is survived by : his father Thomas Eugene Griffin, III; his wife Sharon Leonard Griffin; his children, Austin Griffin (Lori), Timothy Witt (Amber), Brandon Witt (Cayla) and Lauren Broussard (David); his grandchildren, Noah Witt, Liam Broussard, Lizzie Griffin and Benjamin Broussard; his great grandchild Amelia Griffin; his brother Dr. John Griffin; and also CliAnn Griffin.

The family has requested that donations be made in his honor to the American Cancer Society or a Wounded Warrior organization of your choice.
