He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry William Noblitt and Mary Ann Fishell Noblitt; his siblings, Wanda Sue Noblitt Royer, Roy Eugene Noblitt and Bruce Norman Noblitt; and his grandchild Christian Noblitt.
He is survived by : his wife Regina Perkins Noblitt of Pitkin; his sons, Will Noblitt (Cortney) of Lecompte, Erik Noblitt (Erin) of Pitkin, Quintin Noblitt (Heather) of Mittie and Justin Noblitt (Paula) of Eunice; and his sister Vivian Noblitt House of Bartlesville, Oklahoma. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
