We are sad to announce that on May 8, 2023, at the age of 86, Carol Ann Breaux Sims of Plaquemine, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph "Joe" Breaux, Jr. and Lucille "Mae" Ramirez Breaux; and her brother Joseph "Billy" Breaux (Marylyn Fourroux Breaux). She is survived by : her daughter Lori Sims Falgoust; her son-in-law Dr. Gerard Falgoust; her grandchildren, Dr. Rebecca Falgoust, Joseph Falgoust (Jodi), Scott Falgoust (Lacey) and Benjamin Falgoust (June); her sister Catherine B. Miller (Owen); her niece Janet Middleton (Michael); and her nephews, Steven Miller (Lisa), William "Bill" Breaux (Suzanne), Robert Breaux, James Joseph Breaux (Emma) and Timothy Breaux (Lisa).
