With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Russo Blanchard of Plaquemine, Louisiana, born in Morgan City, Louisiana, who passed away on March 10, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Gerard "Geesie" Talton Blanchard; her parents, Frank Russo and Elizabeth Russo; and her sister Maria Arceneaux. She is survived by : her children, Gerard Talton Blanchard, Jr. (Jennifer) and Mary Elizabeth "Liz" André (Shane); her grandchildren, Dylan André (Claire), Landon André (Tiffany), Albert Blanchard and Theresa Blanchard; her siblings, Allain Russo and Ann Russo; and her sister-in-law Shirley Blanchard. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
