She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbert Falcon and Myrtle White Falcon; and her brothers, Charles, Albert and Alton Falcon.
She is survived by: her husband Tommy Johnson; her son Dwayne Falcon; her stepdaughters, Karen Rivet (Kevin) and Sarah Passantino (Prentiss); her grandchildren, Landon Rivet, Gage Passantino (Corey) and Krista Passantino; her great grandchild Tate Passantino; her sisters, Carolyn Daigle (Harold), Faye Manola (Alton) and Juanita Barbay (Charles); her sister-in-law Sadie Falcon; and her close friend Pam Boutte. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wilbert Funeral Home (24120 Railroad Ave, Plaquemine, LA 70764). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Grace Memorial Park (60455 Bayou Jacob Rd, Plaquemine, LA 70764).
