He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence "Pete" Berthelot and Mary Solar Berthelot; and his siblings, Dora Passantino and Adam Berthelot, Sr. (Norris). He is survived by: his wife Bernadette Guidry Berthelot; his children, Keri Grezaffi (Hunter) and Daniel Berthelot (Krystal); his grandchildren, Briggs, Sutton Grezaffi, Noah, Isaac and Samuel Berthelot; and his sister Beatrice Coupel (Edley). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church (57805 Main St, Plaquemine, LA 70764). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Grace Memorial Park (60455 Bayou Jacob Rd, Plaquemine, LA 70764).
