He is survived by : his siblings, Nora Hebert Maise (Bo) of Lafitte and Jerry Hebert, Jr. of Cottonport; his nephews, Tim Maise, Jr., Jared Maise, Sr. and Chad Hebert; and his niece Amanda Hebert Carmello (Carlito).
