He is survived by: his wife Delores Bennett Motichek; his children, Allen Motichek, David Motichek and Charlotte Motichek (Brenda Kirkwood); his grandchildren, Joshua Motichek (Melinda), Bryan Motichek (Tami) and Kaitlyn Barron (Steven); his great grandchildren, Chloe Motichek, Aubree, Steven Barron, Emmalyn Barron, Danielle Motichek, Jackson Motichek and Zoey Gaudet; his brother Nolan Motichek; and his nephew Glenn Motichek (Kathy). He is also survived by 3 step grandchildren and 6 step great grandchildren.
