He is survived by: his wife Theresa Ballard Faulk; his siblings, Donald Faulk, Claudette McCrory (Billy), Viola Carlton and Lauren Vidrine; and his siblings-in-law, Bobby Moore, Lloyd Ballard Jr. (Suzanne), Kenneth Ballard (Kim) and Sharon Ballard Locicero.
