He was predeceased by: his wife Shelda Hutchinson; his parents, Bryant Hutchinson and Mary Hutchinson; and his grandson Kendal McCarroll. He is survived by: his daughters, Kyle McCarroll (Gene) and Kelly Chevalier (Charles); his grandchildren, Kimberely McCarroll, Kevin McCarroll Claire Chevalier (Megan), Will Chevalier and Ann Chevalier; and his great grandchildren, Alyssa Holden, Victoria LeCumberri, Marley LeCumberri, Katelyn Thiel and Anderson McCarroll. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
