He is survived by: his parents, Kathleen Berthaut Flattmann and John Michael Flattmann, Sr.; his brother Jason Matthew Flattmann; his aunt Kimberly Dinet; his nieces and nephews, Kaden, Braden Duvernay, Jaden Flattmann and Jase Flattmann; and his close friends, Donald Martin and Ronnie Lloyd. He is also survived by three aunts, one uncle, and numerous cousins and friends.
