She was predeceased by : her husband Emerson LaCoste, Jr.; her parents, Kazimierz Specht and Stephanie Delatynska Specht; and her sister Jane Sophie Specht Granger. She is survived by : her great-nieces and great-nephews, Gregory Harris (Dori), Michael Langlois, Kevin Langlois (Ashley), Megan Zolkiewicz and Rebecca Zolkiewicz Nguyen (Peter).
Memorial donations may be made to Holy Family Catholic Church in Port Allen.
