He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Stoute; and his parents, Evan Stoute and Rita Ozenne. He is survived by: his children, Phillip Stoute of Carencro, Ashley Ray (Richard) of Krotz Springs, Aimee Stoute of Lawtell and Jackie Stoute of Carencro; his stepdaughter Nichole Ryder of Port Barre; his sister Elaine Theriot (Freddie); his nieces and nephews, Chad of Lawtell, Rebecca of Lawtell, John of Lawtell and Bryant of Lawtell; and his grandchildren, Hunter Ray, Mia Breaux, Cody Breaux, Zack O'Quinn, Steven Ryder, Jr., Brisen Ryder and Ethan Ryder.
