It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Soileau Leblanc (Port Barre, Louisiana), born in Ville Platte, Louisiana, who passed away on April 14, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her former husband Herman Doyle, Sr.; her husband Eddie Joseph LeBlanc; her parents, Cyrus Soileau and Matilda Manuel; her son Robert Lane Doyle; her grandson Eddie Lee Stelly; her sister Jessie Mae Dupre (Emile "Boo"); and her grandson-in-law Jason Aymond.
She is survived by: her children, Herman Doyle, Jr. (Cynthia) of Ville Platte, Barbara Doyle Guillory (George) of Port Barre and Sandra Doyle Stelly (Roger "Dale") of Leonville; her grandchildren, Renea Guillory, Mark Guillory (Carolynn), Kerrie Aymond (Matt LeBlanc), Cicely Theriot (Ned), Dawn Ducote (Michael), Grant Doyle (Tiffany), Gavin Doyle and Erica Doyle; and her granddaughter-in-law Beth Stelly. She is also survived by nineteen great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Due to the restrictions of the current COVID-19 pandemic limiting gatherings to 10 or fewer family members, a private service will be held for immediate family only.
