He is survived by: his wife Tiffany Ortego Stelly of Port Barre; his children, Owen Stelly of Port Barre, Josie Stelly of Port Barre and Addison Stelly of Port Barre; his parents, Gregory Stelly, Sr. of Krotz Springs and Lisa Ray of Krotz Springs; his grandparents, Donald, Velma Stelly of Krotz Springs, Johnny and Barbara Ray of Krotz Springs; his sisters, Casey Deranger (Jarred) of Krotz Springs, Nicole St. Cyr (Andrew) of Krotz Springs and Ashley Conway (Richie) of Krotz Springs; and his nieces and nephews, Ethan Stelly, Gavin Deranger, Zoey Ansley, Adam Deranger, Cade Conway, Hailey Conway, Tatum Deranger, Kendal Ansley, Cole Conway, Dane Michael St. Cyr and Maya Conway.
