He was predeceased by: his wife Sarah Janell "Red" Young; and his parents, Joseph Percy Doucet, Sr. and Ethel Barron Doucet. He is survived by: his children, Jesse Doucet (Kim) of Port Barre, Gable Doucet (Monica) of Port Barre, Josh Soileau (Callie) of Port Barre and Levan Doucet (Dawn) of Arnaudville; and his siblings, Percy Doucet, Jr. of Arnaudville, Felton Doucet of Fannett, TX, James Lee Doucet of Cecilia, Robert Doucet of Port Barre, Louella Soileau, Elaine Campbell and Peggy Taylor of Arnaudville. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
